Backdated Leave Accrual like retro leave enrollment and accrual updation

We have scenario where leave plan has to be attached based on backdated transfer and leave also need to be accrued based on backdated transfer event.

Scenario: If backdated transfer happened leave plan enrollment has to take place and accrual also need to be happened based on the backdated transfer event.
Currently we can able to achieve the same via running backdated enrollment and accrual schedule manually. How can we achieve the same automatically via schduling this two plan. If anybody had addressed this kind of scenario , kindly share us the idea.
