how to update the employee profile with potential rating from performance doc

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to update the employee profile with potential rating from performance doc

Once the evaluation is completed, the requirement is to update the employee profile with the Performance Ratings and Potential Ratings. We used Overall Summary to capture the performance rating which will be stored in the employee profile automatically. One of the Evaluation section we created for just to capture the Potential Rating, Once Evaluation is completed then it won't go automatically to profile page. Kindly help me how to flow Potential Rating automatically to employee profile page. If this not possible please help to provide the HDL format to upload.
