Benefits Table that stores details when an dependent designation is removed
We are developing custom alert to notify users as part of Open Enrollment. We are able to develop custom resource alert using Life Event Name, Life Event Occurred date as filters. However, we have a challenge in the following scenarios with custom SQL.
- When we make a change from Emp Only to Emp+Dependents - it is updating the Last Updated Date in the BEN_PRTT_ENRT_RSLT table and BEN_ELEC_CHC_POPL Table.
but when we remove existing designated dependent it removes entries from BEN_ELIG_CVRD_DPNT but does not store any last updated date entries in that table.
