System is not picking future date in Performance Management Evaluation Form.

Is there any functionality in current system to select future date while submitting performance document? If user enters future date while submitting the performance evaluation form in current date, there is no option to select future date in system. Kindly let us know if it is an enhancement issue or currently system is behaving in this manner or not?
