Time card manager's manager approvals

We have a time card approval rule where if internal source != "ORA_HWM_MANAGER_ENTRY" and hours are above X then the approval should go to the worker's line manager.

So if the internal source was ORA_HWM_TIME_COLLECT_DEVICE, it'll go for approval. But if the line manager's manager goes into Team Time Cards and selects approve, the time card isn't approving.

Does anyone know of a way where we can allow a manager's manager to approve time cards in this case, without having to delegate approvals?
