Track changes made to the model profiles

Summary:

Hi Team.. We have a requirement to track changes made to the model profiles. including the date of the changes, who made the changes, and what modifications were made. we are using model profiles to store job descriptions, but we cannot track the changes made to them. How do we track changes? Any inputs/workaround are highly appreciated. Thanks
