Movement of employees from Old Vacation Plan to New Vacation Plan in mid of plan term

Hi Team,

We have a requirement for our client as below and wanted to get some insights on it before making recommendations:

A new Vacation Plan 'Y' needs to be created as of 1/1/2024 and all employees will be moved from 'X' Vacation Plan to 'Y' as of Nov 2024. So Business wants to know and have a confirmation from Oracle on below points:

  1. If we are transferring employees from Plan 'X' to 'Y' mid of the Plan Term (Plan Term being Jan-Dec) will there be any downstream impact?
  2. We have FFs in place to take care of Enrollment Start Date and Balance Adjustment.
