How can we extract all the documents attached to position definitions?

My client needs to have a full extract of all the files that are currently attached to position definition records. Is this possible via OTBA, BIP, etc?
This is an urgent and critical requirement as our client is decommissioning Oracle in less than a month, and the client needs to extract all those attachments and re-attach them to the new system.
