Incorrect Questions Order in Redwood Page

We have recently created questions, a questionnaire template or a questionnaire and we have questions to appear in specific order. It works fine when we preview the questions in the questionnaire (responsive page), however, it appears in random order when viewed in redwood pages to end user. Has anyone has experienced this issue and found a root cause?
