Access to change salary functionality

Hello!

I'm configuring permissions for the compensation manager and need to provide access to view and change employee salaries. When I opened 'Change Salary,' I couldn't see employees in the list.

I found that to see employees' salaries, I need to add CMP_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_SALARIES_PRIV to the role, but I couldn't. How can I add this privilege to the role?
