Is it possible to delay this notification to the employee by few days.

Part-1:
Neither manager nor the employee getting any notification after we run the process-Manage Eligibility Batch Process- "Assign Performance Document"
to assign the performance document to the employees. We tried this in lower environment. Are there any setup missing?

Part-2:
Manager fills the rating for the employee and Submit. After this the employee is getting notification that manager has completed the evaluation. This is an expected behavior.
Is it possible to delay this notification to the employee by few days. My client doesn't want the employee to be intimated immediately after the manager submits the evaluation.
