History is not showing in the Benefit enrollment page when the employee opted for HSA/FSA on Hire and Waived it before enrollment window closed. Due to this, the program (FSLR HCM to ADP_US Employee Interface) which will send the changes to ADP Global View is not picking the changes when they Waived from HSA/FSA. We need to understand how the other clients are handling this scenario or if there is a solution.
