Absence adjustment report - who did the adjustment, when, and why?

Summary:

I was wondering if any of the seeded OTBI subject areas would allow us to create a report that will show us (admins) on which employees absence adjustments were done within a certain time period + giving information on which user did the adjustment along with the adjustment reason that was used. Any suggestions?
