Stop Absence Plan from Accruing and Inactivate

Hello,

I have the need to for one of the absence plans we have that resets and accrue on 7/1 every year to stop the accrual and to inactive the plan. We will still need to the balances to stay as is, but I have the need for the plan to become inactive on 6/30 and to not reset on 7/1. Not sure the best option for this is. I appreciate any guidance on this matter.
