How to prevent blank timecards from being saved or submitted

Summary:

We are now using Enhanced Timecard.

If we click on add timecard or Current Time Card; the timecard is automatically created with Entered Status even if we click on Cancel.

Consequently if Submit is click, the blank timecard is submitted.
