Not able to add Check-In document

in Performance Management 8 comments

When employee navigate to Check-In document via Me> career & performance > performance > Add, after clicking on add button it does not take employee to new page, it keeps on loading.

Environment is Redwood enabled.

I have run eligibility batch process for Check-In document and aligned Eligibility profile to check-in template as well.

Please suggest anything, if anyone has faced the same issue before.
