Error on Clicking the Alert Composer Notification upon sharing a goal

We are performing a Performance Goal Share Transaction and the Worker with whom the goal is shared gets a Alert composer Notification. Upon clicking the View Goal button on the notification, it goes to error. Attached the screen shots for reference.
