Talent Review Meeting

Hello,

We have a requirement where in the employees whose direct and indirect reports are added in review population are selected as participants(not reviewers) for talent review meeting. However participants when they login to their account ,they cannot view the talent review meeting under My Team => Talent Review even though they are the participants in the that meeting and their direct and indirect reports are part of the review population. As far as I know, they should have view only access as they are the participants.

Could anyone please advise
