HCM 24B /fscmRestApi/resources/latest/emps 404 error

Summary:

We want to use REST API to get employees from SaaS Oracle Fusion Cloud. The URI is picked from below link but we are getting 404 error.

Do we need to configure anything before we access or add any Role to the user who is accessing the API.
