No approval should triger to a line manager if an employee make any changes to goals in perf doc
Summary:
As a process, employee sets the goals in the starting of every year. A goal approval notification gets triggered to a line manager and once it is approved, the goal will start reflecting in employee's goal plan. During the month of May HR launches the Mid Year Performance document to all the employees.
The problem statement is : When an employee changes the status of goals in performance document, it is again going for approval to line manager and the performance document gets freezed and employee is unable to make any changes to it till the time goal is approved. We want there should be no approval when an employee make changes to the goals in performance document. It should be auto approved here. The approval should only trigger when an employee adds or make any changes to goals in goal plan.
