Remove last section of "Attachment" on "Skills and Qualification" page

Summary:

There is a section called "Attachment" on the Skills and qualifications page. We want to remove the attachment section. We have tried it from HCM experince design studio and Page composer but we are unable to remove it.

If you know any possible solution to it, please let us know.
