How to include terminated employees in HCM group

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where I need to approve the terminated employees Time card through Mass approval ESS.

For this, I need to create a HCM group for terminated employees with certain date range but we are unable to include the terminated employees in HCM group

Any pointer to this would be appreciated.
