Can I change the goal progress completion slider in Redwood to show free a free text % box?

Currently the slider for goals in Redwood only allows you to update goal progress by 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, can these numbers be changed to allow employees to either free text the % completion, or to choose in 10's?
