Absence Calendar All employees
Summary:
I currently have a business case for the development of an Absence Calendar which shows all employees absences up to Business Unit & Function level. i.e. Jake Bloggs works in finance and can see all finance individuals absences or all people in East Midlands, his primary office.
I have developed a MVP for the Absence Calendar and I am now trying to understand what roles/privilege's the employee would need to have to be able to access people beyond their team. Would this be based on AOR?
I have looked into the duty roles which will provide access to the subject areas required but am uncertain of how to begin aligning role access with AOR or other criteria.
