Special Conditions - Absence Type Dispaly Features (No Option for Line Manager to dispaly & edit)

Hi,

We have a requirement where Line manager should be able to edit Special conditions while submitting absence for an employee. But we have Display only & Do not Display options for Line Manager.

How to achieve this. Please guide.
