Cannot display employee work schedule data

When we add this role TAV_IT_KZ_ABSENCE_MANAGEMENT custom role for displayed Work Schedule data. Employee can see the data. When I remove this role from the employee, he can query the employee, but cannot see his data when he opens the work schedule screen. Which privileges causes the data here not to appear?
