CX Routines - Time Zone in emails taking standard +00 TZ.
Hello,
We have configured routines for one of the Client, wherein an email will be triggered to owner if Original Date (Custom DateTime field) is within next 7 days.
Now, this custom field is a DateTime field and we have mentioned this attribute in the email body. But, when the email is getting triggered, it is considering time from +0 instead of customers Time Zone (+4)
Example :
The email body contains : You have upcoming Submission on 03-Aug-2024 T 16:00:00.
Whereas the Customer has updated the custom field with value 03-Aug-2024 20:00:00 in the opportunity.
Here, the email is considering the difference between time zones (Our client is in +4:00 time zone) and triggering email.
