Difference in Absence Enrollment End Date and Last Working Day

Hi,

We would like to understand why Absence Enrollment End date is updating next day of Last Working Day?

Example: If the Employee Terminated is 30/Sep/2024 and Absence Enrollment End Date updated as 1/Oct/2024. Ideally, Termination Date and Absence Enrollment End date should be the same.
