Custom compensation analyst role
Summary:
Hello,
I am currently developing a custom Compensation Analyst role due to the fact that the HR Data Analyst role does provide access to any of the Compensation Subject Areas, and therefore our data analyst cannot access salaries, but does not need access to the other compensation administration areas within the app.
To access JUST Compensation Subject Areas does the analyst require these duty roles?
- FBI_COMPENSATION_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY
- ORA_FBI_COMPENSATION_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY
Also, I am currently having to wait until the following day to test any amendments to an individuals role privileges is there a Scheduled process that can be run outside of the overnight update that will speed up the testing?
