OTL:Need a Report which gives me data of timecard not transferred for project costing

Summary: Hi Experts, I have a critical requirement where need to develop a report either BIP or OTBI report to extract the data of impacted employee whose time entries are not transferred to project costing.

Its really critical for us to deliver it for a customer.
