Non Renewal of Subscription

One of our customer is planning to move out of Oracle Benefits to a 3rd Party software and are not renewing the subscription for Oracle They will still retain other modules in Oracle itself.

  1. Can they still retrieve the data for Oracle Benefits or the data gets purged?
  2. If so, is there a cost In that case, does Oracle charge for retrieving the data from the Oracle system?
