Perf document : Several comment lines and a summary line appears in my transversal skills section

Hello, 
Context: I've just finalized the configuration of my performance document. I have 3 skills sections in my document (transversal skills - technical skills - managerial skills). For the “transversal skills” section, I only needed to have my 6 transversal skills that I configured in 'Item Catalog'. 
Problem: I don't only have the 6 transversal skills, I also have technical skills and several comment lines and a summary line that I don't know where it comes from (see screenshots "transversal skills section 1 and 2"). I checked my configuration in the “Performance template section”, (see screenshots Performance template section 1 and 2). The configuration seems correct, but I don't understand where it's coming from and I need your help to remove these lines from the performance document in the transversal skills section.
