I need to configure different approval flows for Skills and Qualifications section on Oracle HCM

Summary:

I would like to set up approval workflows for certifications and languages in the Skills and Qualifications section.

  1. When an employee changes his certifications a notification will be sent to HR (FYI)
  2. When an employee changes his/her languages a notification will be sent to HR (FYI).
