Redwood issues with the custom LM and Employee roles(Exception during REST action)

Hi Team, We are using a custom LM role/Employee as per the requirement and we are facing the redwood (REST API ) error in few pages and other issues as mentioned in the attachments. FYR i have attached the Roles/Priv file for the custom roles .
