Time Card Don't submit for a certain Dates

the time cards are submitted fine for all employees and time entries Before 29/08/2024 and after 29/08/2024 and on 29/8/2024 for all Employees except for 3 employees on 29/08/2024. it displays this error as attached

what could be the reason for this error?
