Goals Center> Performance Goal>"Allow assignees to edit goal definition" box unchecked, info erased

Summary:

When Line Manager add a performance goals and at the end of the page uncheck the box, all information are erased. All fields come back to blank.

When LM goes to "Team Activity Center", click on dotted line, select "Goals Center" then click on Add. He completes all the field, at the end there is a box "Allow assignees to edit goal definition":

Once the box unchecked, all information disappeared.

How can I fix this issue ?
