Can we set up default an Expense Report Template by Employee?

Summary:

We have a BU with multiple Expense Report Templates, and people are using different temples. Can we have a default template by employee.

In EBS every employee can select the Default Expense Template in the "Expense Preference", but I don't see that option in Cloud.
