Can a person have two primary active benefit relationships ?

We have created default benefit relationship based on legal entities.

Simple questions:

  1. Can a person have two primary active benefit relationships ?
  2. How will it behave for global life events?
  3. Can a person have two primary active assignments?
  4. Does "Refresh" button submits "Assign and update benefit relationship" process internally ?
  5. Why UNRSTD benefit relationship record is created upon refresh, even though there is no such default benefit relationship is created?

Bug 36957083 is it real ? Two active primary benefit relationships are not allowed ?

what will happen to our existing records when this bug fix is applied ?
