How to configure a benefit plan with an specific end date?

The scenario is the following:

Although the enrollment period is already closed, the evaluated life event does not automatically close, nor does the end date of the coverage. It is necessary to make the change manually or through a process.

The client mentions that this is very operational and not very functional for them.

Is it configurable in the tool to automatically close the evaluated life event and set the end date of the coverage when the enrollment period is closed?
