Make the Project field in Order line is mandatory if Order type is Project Order

Summary:

Make the Project field in Sales Order line as mandatory if Order type is Project Order at order header

We have sales orders for project , standard and service . can we make the project field mandatory or required in sales order line field. I am aware that there is generic way of making project field mandatory by groovy script but not specific to make project field as required/mandatory, if order type at sales order header is project order type. Can some one help or guide me to put this script or any other work around option to fix it
