using service area for work zones

Summary:

if we are using service area for work zones. we are using zone key as wam_activity_serviceArea  which would contain zone and would be mapped to WACS.  for mapping to CCS, how it would be taken care? we are not planning to use zip, we are using local office codes. The Service Point I believe has an address but we are not planning to use Zip Code for the work zone so that won’t work.

we have to use zip code as the work zone or do we have flexibility to use some local office codes for this to work?
