Subject: B2B Sales Order Not Working Due to Errors with Reservation and Supply Line

Hi Oracle Community,

We're encountering an issue with a specific item for which B2B is not functioning correctly. The purchase requisition isn't getting created when trying to process a B2B sales order, and we're consistently facing two specific errors:

  1. "A reservation wasn't created because the reservation quantity is more than the available-to-reserve quantity."
  2. "The supply line is in exception because the quantity was reduced in the execution document."

The Available to Reserve and Available to Transact quantities are both showing as 0. Strangely, when we manually run "Collect Planning Data," the sales order starts getting created successfully, but this only works for a certain period (which we're not sure of), and the issue reoccurs.
