How to replace individual compensation with administer compensation in person management actions

Summary:

Hi

I want to replace Individual compensation with administer compensation in the person management action (orange tab) .

Also want to replace the same in the tasks pane (right hand side) in person management page

The custom role has both manage individual compensation and administer individual compensation privileges.

Meanwhile the Custom HR role can view the plans only for the LMs in individual compensation whereas the client wants the HR role to see all the ICPs through administer individual compensation action on the person management page.
