Relogin Timeout value

Hi,
The documentation indicates that "Relogin Timeout" value has to be greater than "User Inactivity Timeout". However, as seen in the attached image, we currently have "User Inactivity Timeout" at 60 and "Relogin Timeout" at 0. The question is: what value is it taking in "Relogin Timeout"? Is the default value (480) or this configuration is not considered because it's 0?
