Open life event overrides the coverage start date that was set by a Waiting Period
Summary:
We have a plan with a six month waiting period and Coverage Start is set to be first of month following event.
When we process the New Hire life event, the coverage start is correctly set. However, when the subsequent Open life event is finalized the coverage start is set back to the end of the six month waiting period.
How do we get the Open (or any other event) to not reset the Coverage Start?
