Create sales order without pick and ship for item with lot control and automatic selection

We have enabled the "Reduce Inventory Without Picking or Shipping"
feature in Order Management, which allows us to create a sales order and
directly reduce inventory. However, we are facing an issue because we
have lot control enabled for these items, and the lot number is required
when creating the sales order. Additionally, the lot number is also
mandatory when using the SOAP API.

Our business uses a
third-party sales automation system, which sends the sales order via
SOAP API but does not provide the lot numbers. As a result, we need the
lot control process to be automated, allowing us to skip the manual
