Default Rate to Reduced Maximum limit for next year

Hi All,

Commuter Parking Rate is setup as a Flat Range. Minimum and Default is 0, Increment is 1 and Maximum is 315 for year 2024

For the upcoming Open Enrollment, we need to change the maximum of Commuter Parking from 315 to 300

Employees that are enrolled into this plan with maximum rate i.e. 315 in year 2024, when we process Open Enrollment for these employees we are getting an error 'You need to enter a value that's at least the minimum of 0 and less than or the same as the maximum of 300 for the plan or Commuter Benefits Program Employee Parking option. (BEN-990460)'

This is because 315 is getting reinstated as the default rate amount for already enrolled employees but 315 is not allowed for next year.
