Employee Calculated Rating is not Populating in Performance Document

Hello Team,

A performance document has been distributed to all employees; however, it seems that the calculated ratings for goals in the employee self-evaluation are not displaying values. We utilized a custom formula for calculating the ratings. I have included the formula below for your reference, which functions correctly in the test instance but is not performing as intended in the production environment.
