Granular Security on the Job Profile Details page

In HCM I have a need for users to be able to Edit some parts of the Job Profile Details page while having other parts be read only. My questions are

  1. Is granular security like this even possible?
  2. If so, how can I accomplish it.

I have included in the description below the navigation path to the page in question and screenshots indicating the items that I would like to lock down outlined in red, and those that I would like to allow the users to edit outlined in Green.

Navigation: MCG > Profiles > Open any profile > Job Profile Details Section: Edit / Associated Jobs: Edit
