ICP attachment mandatory

Hi All,

We have a requirement on expense and we are planning to use ICP to meet this requirement.

However, business wants to make ICP attachment as mandatory when employee raises expense request.

How to make attachment functionality as mandatory ?

I have tried the same using hcm design studio and via sandbox and its not possible , I did go thru many such requirement however none pointed to a credible way to make the ICP attachment mandatory. Can someone please point it to a right direction where ICP attachment can be made mandatory.
